You may only submit referral codes, invite links, brand suggestions, profile content, and related text that you are authorized to share. You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, misleading, infringing, spammy, malicious, or abusive content.
Moderation Rights
useInvites may review, approve, reject, edit, limit, suspend, remove, or refuse to publish any submission at any time, for any reason, including quality control, policy enforcement, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or product decisions.
No Guarantee of Validity
Referral codes and links are user-submitted and may expire, change, or stop working at any time. We do not guarantee that any code, offer, reward, or promotion will be valid, accepted, or available.
Content License
By submitting content, you grant useInvites a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, interfere with the service, automate spam submissions, manipulate votes, or use the site in a way that harms users, brands, or the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these terms or created risk for the platform or its users.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, useInvites is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from use of the platform, submitted content, or third- party offers.
