useInvites is operated by Fairgo Logistics (ABN 94 279 467 365) trading as useInvites. By accessing or using useInvites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
User Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or entity.
Submission & Profile Rules
You may only submit referral codes, networking opportunities, brand suggestions, and profile content that you are authorized to share. You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, misleading, infringing, spammy, malicious, or abusive content. You explicitly agree not to make false, exaggerated, or deceptive claims regarding your professional experience, earnings, or potential financial rewards in order to mislead other users.
User Interactions & Conduct
useInvites acts as a venue to facilitate introductions and professional networking. We do not background-check users or independently verify the accuracy of their profile claims. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. Harassment, spamming, sending unsolicited commercial offers, or scraping user contact details for outside marketing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
Third-Party Brand Compliance & Networking
useInvites acts strictly as a professional networking and community platform designed to foster collegiality and connection among self-employed workers, peers, and users. When requesting or sharing referral codes—including through our direct connection features—you are expected to form genuine personal or professional relationships. You are solely responsible for ensuring your actions comply with the Terms of Service of respective third-party brands. We are not liable if a third-party brand voids your rewards, rejects a referral, or suspends your account due to public sharing policies, the systematic farming of connections, referral volume limits, or any other violation of their terms.
Intellectual Property
The design, layout, text, graphics, and underlying codebase of useInvites are the property of Fairgo Logistics and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform's interface, branding, or content without explicit written permission.
Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Scraping
You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, automate spam submissions, or manipulate votes. You explicitly agree not to use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest user data, profiles, or referral links from useInvites. Furthermore, you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from our platform for the purpose of building a competing service or directory.
Moderation Rights
Fairgo Logistics (ABN 94 279 467 365) trading as useInvites may review, approve, reject, edit, limit, suspend, remove, or refuse to publish any submission or user profile at any time, for any reason, including quality control, policy enforcement, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or product decisions.
No Guarantee of Validity
Referral codes, links, and networking opportunities are user-submitted and may expire, change, or stop working at any time. We do not guarantee that any code, offer, reward, or connection will be valid, accepted, or available.
Content License
By submitting content, you grant Fairgo Logistics (ABN 94 279 467 365) trading as useInvites a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these terms or created risk for the platform or its users.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairgo Logistics (ABN 94 279 467 365) trading as useInvites is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from use of the platform, submitted content, peer interactions, or third-party offers.
